Medical Conditions and Allergies

When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any medical conditions, physical ailments, allergies. or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Our Therapists should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our staff will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require. Our Therapist cannot work on clients with open wounds, abrasions, or other skin conditions. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please consult a doctor.

– Avoid shaving your legs legs the day of service. Most treatments are not appropriate anywhere that you have open wounds our cuts. Please bring these issues to your Therapist’s attention

– Nail Therapists will examine your hands or feet at the beginning of your service to advise about best treatment options

– If you have nail fungus you will need to use your own nail polish, go without nail polish, or buy the polish that you select from our collection. Depending on the severity of the issue, we may not be able to perform services. Please let us know in advance if you know you have a fungal issue that needs to be addressed. so we can properly prepare your treatment and consult you even before you come in.

We understand that life can be unexpected, so if you must cancel your appointment kindly give us 24 hours notice.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please call 301.587.5800.

*If appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, you will be charged for 100% of the service.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards. $25 return check fee on any uncleared checks.

TIPPING
Cash gratuity is preferred. However, If necessary, you can add the tip to your credit card.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non re-fundable but can be used towards any service or products.
Services and prices are subject to change.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the cost of the services.
If you are pleased with the services you have received it is customary to give 18-20% gratuity to your Spa Therapist.
Cash gratuity is preferred.

We LOVE animals, but no pets are allowed in the salon out of respect for our clients’ allergies.

PHONES
Please turn off your ringer and keep any calls brief while in the salon as not to disrupt anyone else’s service and relaxation. Texting, tweeting,
e-mailing, Facebooking and other quiet communications are acceptable. Complete disconnection from the matrix is encouraged.
